Lynsay was the best mum any of us could have asked for. She was such a caring, kind and funny woman and has touched many many hearts. She will always be remembered for her gentle nature and our countless fond memories will be treasured forever. Mum was incredibly dedicated and passionate about midwifery and everything her work entailed. We have chosen 4Louis, a child loss charity which works closely with Princess Alexandra hospital where she worked. Mum was so passionate about her work and would have loved to support this charity after directly experiencing the impact they had on women she cared for.




4Louis provide memory boxes to women who have sadly had a still birth or a newborn pass away, and do a lot for the hospital mum worked for - they’re a fairly small, family run charity which relies wholly on donations! I remember mum would tell me about them and how lovely they were for the parents to receive, and had also met the family who run it on a study day where they told their story - their little boy Louis was stillborn and they do everything in memory of him. They are also currently supporting families of coronavirus victims and making adjusted boxes for them too, which we think is lovely in the support of many families who are being affected by the virus.
